How to set up an account-wide Microsoft Teams integration

Learn how to set up a Microsoft Teams integration at an admin level.

  1. Click the three-dot "More added apps" button on the left ribbon in Microsoft Teams.
  2. In the "Find an app" search bar, type in "Incoming Webhook" and select it.
  3. Click "Add to a team".
  4. Select the channel you want your daily/weekly notifications to be posted to, and click "Set up a connector".
  5. Type in a name for your connection, add the AirDeck logo, and click "Create".
  6. Copy the generated link, then click "Done".
  7. Navigate to your AirDeck settings and select "Integrations".
  8. Toggle on the Microsoft Teams integration, and click "Details".
  9. Give your integration a name, then paste in the link generated in step 6.
  10. Set your integration to active, and save it.
